Information service only

The tracker provides general market information and does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice. Token listings, rankings and charts are not endorsements or recommendations.

Third-party data and services

Market information is supplied by independent third parties, including CoinGecko/GeckoTerminal and DEX Screener. Their data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or inaccurate. Embedded charts and external trading links are governed by the relevant third party’s terms and policies.

Risk warning

Crypto assets are highly volatile and may be illiquid, fraudulent or lose all value. Verify token addresses and market information independently. You are solely responsible for your decisions, transactions and losses.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, bypass access or rate controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, scrape at a harmful rate or use the service unlawfully.

Intellectual property and copying

SOLANADEX.IO’s original branding, visual design, written content, graphics, and original source code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where we give written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, impersonate, or create a confusingly similar or derivative version of those materials.

Third-party names, logos, data, protocols, and open-source components remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licenses or terms. Nothing here limits rights granted by an applicable open-source license or by law.

No warranties and limitation

The service and data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, SOLANADEX.IO is not liable for losses arising from reliance on market data, third-party services or use of the tracker.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to admin@solanadex.io. CoinGecko-powered features are also subject to the CoinGecko API Terms.
